A man who stripped naked in front of TSA employees at Portand International Airport to protest the nude scanners was acquitted of public indecency charges. The Judge ruled that the man had a First Amendment right to protest in the nude. Apparently, when he went through the nude scanner fully clothed, it indicated that he might have some form of explosive on him. So he stripped down naked to show them that he had nothing on him, but what he was born with. The Judge also ruled that the man’s body was indecent, but that in and of itself did not violate any laws. Though the Judge did recommend that the man get a personal trainer and go on a diet.
