The Juror who lied:  In Royal Caribbean Cruises, LTD v. Pavone, 37 FLW D349(Fla. 3rd DCA 2012), a verdict had to be reversed when it was learned that a juror lied in a civil suit between a seaman(trumpet player) and a Cruise line about ever having been involved in any lawsuits.  Not only had he been in one, he was currently the Plaintiff in a suit in the same courthouse. I think the Plaintiff who was awarded a substantial amount of money should sue the Juror for that amount of money. Or the lying juror should be charged with perjury and ask that members of Congress be on his jury so he can be judged by a jury of his peers.
