A bill has been passed thru Florida’s House and Senate that shall declare as of July 1st, 2012 the whole state of Florida will become A Condominium Association.  From that date forward only people fifty-five years old and older shall be allowed to reside in Florida. Anyone living in Florida prior to that date, who is under fifty-five, will be grandfathered in. The entire state will be run the same as a Condominium Association.  Elections will be held for all board members and of course there will be a President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and everyone’s favorite; An Architectural Committee to make sure that all dwellings in the state of Florida look exactly the same.  There will be no Republicans or Democrats.  No party affiliations at all.  Everyone is a member of the same Association.  There shall be a Declaration of Condominium, Bylaws, Annual fees, Special assessments as they come up, etc… And also Starting on July 1st, 2012 Florida License plates will be for sale that instead of saying: The Sunshine State, will say Florida: The Condominium State. All proceeds go to The State Of Florida’s Condominium Association.
